Matti-father won Finnish Championships in search and is now also Fin WCh!

Both parents of this litter competed herding in Kiikala today. Matti won class 2 with 84 points, Viv was placed as second with 77 points at the same class!!! :))

All the pups are now in their new wonderful homes. I am very happy to have found best possible owners. The pups are having happy summer time by swimming, picking strawberries, ... =)

Father-Matti was 2nd in class1 herding with 84 points! He had a very good, stylish run. Mother-Viu passed the herding test and is now called "PPR1 Viu".

Visit to the vet: all pups are free of cea!! They are also parvo-vaccinated, heath examined, mikrochipped and as said officially eyetested. Everything is OK. We had to drive 170 km one way to the vet, because our own "eye-doctor" is on her holiday. What a trip! We have a very warm weather up here, so I am very very happy to be home again!!!

Puppies play a lot outside. They have met the sheep =) Mitch is already showing his "eye", not to the sheep yet, but to other dogs.

All the pups made their first real agilityfence at the age of 6 weeks; they all went though open tunnel more than once =)

The pups are crazy!!! They are simming on the drinking bowl, jumping like rabbits, biting toes, playing with Åsa, fighting with each other ... but they are adorable anyway =D

Puppies are introduced to my shelties. Shelties are great and safe with puppies. Today they are also looking around the house, not only in their puppy room.

I have been gone for 3 days and Anna has been taking care of the dogs. The puppies are grown in couple of days a lot!! Now they are 1 kg heavier than when born. Now they are eating dog food with a good apetite.

It is obvious that the puppies can hear now. They also ate some "proper" food today.

We have now names for the puppies. They will be (if Kennelclub approves) named with M like "Matti": Masterpiece, Mascot, Mayday, Mitch

The puppies look the same as 2 weeks ago, but what you can´t see from the photos; They a 3 times bigger!! There is quite a party going on in the puppybox. They have all now opened their eyes and they are learning to walk, sit and bark.

The eyes are about to open. The pup 1 has already opened her eyes.
Matti, the father of this litter, got a very good result from search class 1 today; 295 points and 1st place (HK1). Congratulations, Päivi!

The pups are growing so fast! All of them have easily more than doubled their weight. Their nails are to be cut this evening for the first time.

The puppies are today one week old :)
Three of them are already standing on their shaky feet!

Now the pups are getting more pigment to their noses. Puppies number 1, 3 and 4 are rather equal by size. The pup number two is smaller than the others, but twice as fast when looking for milk! To my eyes the pup number one is not that black as the others, when she grows up, it´ll show; she might even be very dark brown.

All the pups and Viv are doing fine. The pups are growing and getting weight nicely. The bitch number two is already showing her character =)

The pups are born at 20.30-21.30. We have one male puppy and three females.
